Clear conditions for choosing, confirming, and receiving a personalized digital product from Kmelia.
1. Product and scope
Kmelia Digital Invitations sells finished and personalized digital products for weddings, Quinceañeras, and Sweet Sixteen celebrations. Editable templates are not sold. Features and personalization options may vary by model.
2. Order and payment
Clients can explore published models and information before continuing through WhatsApp. Availability, personalization scope, applicable price, and payment method are then confirmed. Work begins after the order, payment, and required information are confirmed.
3. Personalization and changes
Included personalization depends on the selected model. Changes to colors, images, music, structure, layout, or other visual or functional elements are not automatically included and may have an additional fee. Feasibility and cost are confirmed before the change is made.
4. Information review
The client is responsible for reviewing names, date, time, addresses, links, and other submitted information. Changes requested after approval or requiring work to be redone may have an additional fee.
5. Preparation time
Timing depends on the model, information received, personalization level, and workload. The estimated timeframe is confirmed before work begins. Express service, when available, has an additional fee.
6. Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel an order, contact Kmelia as soon as possible. The applicable solution depends on the work status, services already completed, conditions confirmed for the order, and applicable law.
7. Delivery and use
The invitation is delivered in the format indicated for the confirmed model. Kmelia design elements, demos, and materials are not transferred as source files or editable templates unless expressly stated.
8. Third-party services and links
Some invitations may use third-party links or services such as maps, WhatsApp, music, or RSVP functions. Their availability and operation also depend on the respective providers.
9. Privacy and data
Information required for inquiries and orders is used to respond to the request and prepare the purchased product. If a model includes RSVP or another function that collects guest information, its characteristics will be stated as applicable.
10. Non-editable PDF versions
Kmelia may offer non-editable PDF versions when available for a specific model or service. Their features, price, and scope are confirmed before ordering; a website invitation should not be assumed to automatically include a PDF version.
